Himahlini & Co is a boutique practice established in early 2021 by the sister and brother team of Himahlini and R Ramani Ramalingam in Kuala Lumpur. We provide personalized services covering advisory, corporate and litigation work with an emphasis on banking, financial, corporate insolvency and intellectual property matters.

Himahlini Ramalingam graduated with a LLB (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 2004 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 2005. She has advised a wide range of clients in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, corporate insolvency and restructuring, corporate and shareholders disputes and defamation.
